Spritzers are a great alternative for soda and they are
healthy too!
Cranberry Vanilla
Italian Soda
Serves 2
Ingredients:
16 ounces club soda or sparkling water
4 ounces unsweetened cranberry juice
2 ounces unsweetened almond milk
8-10 drops of vanilla flavored stevia
Ice
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher over ice, stir and
serve immediately
Orange Pomegranate
Sparkler
Serves 2
Ingredients:
12 ounces club soda or sparkling water
6 ounces unsweetened pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed orange juice
8-10 drops of plain liquid stevia
Ice
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher over ice, stir and
serve immediately.
Citrus Spritzers
6 Servings,
If you want to make this spritzer sweeter, substitute ginger
ale for the seltzer and add 1/3 cup sugar.
1 ½ cups fresh orange juice, chilled
1 ½ cups canned pineapple juice, chilled
2 cups seltzer, chilled
1 lemon, cut in half
1 lime, cut in half
1. In large pitcher, combine juices and seltzer. Stir well.
2. Squeeze juice from one-half lemon and one-half lime into
pitcher; stir well. Cut remaining half lemon and lime in half again, and then
into thin slices. Add slices to pitcher and serve.
Minty Fresh Berry
Nectar
Serves 2
Ingredients:
Handful of fresh mint leaves
1 lime, cut into wedges
8 ounces Organic Berry Nectar
4 ounces seltzer water
Watermelon wedges for garnish
Directions:
In a pitcher, muddle mint and lime.
Add berry nectar and stir.
Pour into tall glasses and top off with seltzer.
Serve with watermelon wedges for garnish.
