Pizza Saturday!

As this tradition grows, we have to experiment a bit... so yesterday we decided to go with a "pan" baked spinach dough. YUM!

 ... placed in a pan, then make it pretty!

Organic pizza sauce

 There is some Mexican four cheese* (soy cheese) under all that red, orange, yellow and green pepper, mushrooms and onion.

 More cheese!

... And the finished product... gone in under 10 minutes!

A week of Super Heroes

It is with a gleeful squeal I share our adventure with a couple awesome superheroes! The nerd in me was in heaven... and the child in me just came bursting out. Of course, this adventure was supposed to be for Little Aiden, but I am not ashamed to admit I enjoyed it as much as he did! Big boy, Adrian tried to play it cool but he couldn't hold his joy in either.

And of course... Mommy (Me) got the chance to see Man of Steel again... and all by my lonesome, nerdy self! Wonderfully awesome fun!

Little Aiden's new favorite book

I and I, Bob Marley by Tony Medina. 

We discovered this little treasure at the library... And Little Aiden refused to put it down. It's the go to story time book at night and just for fun during the day. I will definitely have to invest in a copy, because it goes back to the library today! I've explained how that works, but in this case, I think I might have some trouble giving the book back.
