Children thrive best in an environment of consistency, so while respecting the plight of my fellow citizens hit by the devastation that is Sandy, I set out to get Aiden back into his everyday routines. We resumed homeschooling and in the spirit of talking about Fall and Fall activities, he had the chance to experience Halloween with all the fun and treats that Halloween entails.
He had a ball, and showed none of his fears of monsters.. Well, maybe just a little... when it began to get dark he started to see zombies everywhere.
Little Aiden enjoyed the dressing up... the trick and treating... and surprisingly the crush of the crowd of costumed individuals swarming everywhere.
Overall, it was a great day.
