Blueberry-Cucumber Smoothie
Ingredients
2 large garden
cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks (2 cups)
1 cup vanilla soy
yogurt
1 cup frozen
blueberries
1–2 tbsp. Agave nectar
1 Tbs. lemon juice
Direction
Place all
ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
